Terms

  • Rates are for one couple. Additional two guests charged at £10 per person per night.

  • House sleeps maximum of four in two double beds.

  • Babes in arms and children over 12 welcome.

  • One small to medium adult non shedding dog welcome at £50 per stay.

  • Housekeeping fee of £85 per visit.

  • £300 damage deposit per visit (refunded within seven days of departure).

  • Booking deposit 20% (non refundable). Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

  • Payment by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal.

  • Non smokers only.

  • No parties or events.

  • Arrival time is at 4PM, departure is at 10AM.

  • Off road parking for 2 cars.
